  • Total Body Optimization — A personalized protocol tailored to your goals, pain points, and performance needs. With my background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I can treat the person as a whole, not just the symptoms/pains.

Each Session is up to 75 minutes (could be less) and includes assessments, training, and recovery in one seamless flow.

This 3-month protocol stacks acupuncture, movement, breathwork, and other recovery methods to shift your system from survival mode into performance mode

The nervous system learns through repetition — the more reps, the faster the adaptation. You operate at high levels throughout the week because it must be done, so this allows you to remain grounded to be able to keep operating at that level.
