In-home services

“Most people either go to the gym or the clinic — and BURN time in traffic. What I do is bring the full recovery + performance system, which I have been studying for years, to your door. By combining all 3 — Strength, Stretch, and Acupuncture — you SAVE time and get BETTER results!”

  • How each service benefits you

  • Some of the techniques I use with the videos below

  • Which package best aligns with your goals.

Strength training.

Build strength with purpose.

Strength isn’t just about lifting heavier — it’s about moving better, building resilience, and supporting long-term joint health. Each strength session is designed to meet you where you are, blending functional movement, mobility, and progressive training principles.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, improving athletic performance, or simply looking to feel stronger in your daily life, the focus is always on quality movement, proper form, and building a strong foundation that lasts.

Assisted Stretching.

Restore mobility. Relieve tension. Move freely.

Stretch Therapy is a hands-on approach designed to improve flexibility, release tight muscles, and create more freedom in your movement. Every session is personalized, targeting areas of restriction and addressing the root causes of stiffness or imbalance.

Through guided assisted stretching, joint mobility work, and breath-focused techniques, you’ll improve range of motion, reduce discomfort, and support overall recovery — whether you're training hard, managing pain, or simply wanting to feel better in your body.

Acupuncture.

Precision care for pain relief and performance.

Acupuncture is a powerful tool to address pain, restore balance, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Using a targeted, orthopedic-based approach, each treatment is tailored to relieve muscular tension, improve joint function, and enhance mobility.

Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic discomfort, or optimizing performance, acupuncture helps reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and restore the body's ability to move and perform at its best.

The treatment methods I may blend in Your treatment

I incorporate this style of acupuncture into the treatment protocol because it targets the exact location where the motor nerve enters the muscle, known as the motor point. This is the brain’s pathway to activating or relaxing that muscle. This causes the muscle to function better by improving signals from the brain to the muscle as well as promoting blood flow to the area.

Assisted Fascial Stretching + Acupuncture

I often combine fascial stretching, which is a gentler stretching technique that combines breath work and stretching, with acupuncture. Acupuncture points on the ear, eyebrows, and other areas of the body reset sympathetic tone (fight or flight response). By combining both, I give your body the best chance to get back into a rhythm in which it functions optimally.

I utilize cupping in the protocols where I see fit. It is a myofascial decompression technique that uses suction to lift the skin and tissue layers. This creates space for blood, lymph, and energy to flow more freely.

Cupping

I incorporate exercises during each of the hybrid sessions that would help educate the system to utilize its qualities more effectively. Our bodies are structured in such a brilliant way, and when we learn to work with those qualities and not against them, then true, efficient movement will occur.
